Wolrd Soaring Turnpoint Exchange down?

Hi all,

I've been trying to reach the World Soaring Turnpoint Exchange web site for
the last 2-3 days at http://acro.harvard.edu/SOARING/JL/TP/EU.html, but no
luck. It is only me, or have others experienced this?
