Stinson 108 Tow Release

Guys/gals,

Anyone have or know if any Stinson 108’s with a tow release? Looking to buy a Stinson 108-3 with a 220hp engine and wouldn’t mind having a back up towplane if our Pawnee is down for any reason other than scheduled maintenance.

In other threads I've seen people mention experience with 108s that were used to tow. Does anyone know the N-number of any such airplane? Being able to cite details from a previous tow hook installation might be helpful in obtaining a field approval.
