LS3a Water Bags

I have a very small leak at three places on the wing water bag. I have removed the bag from the wing. It appears to be in good condition except that water is weeping from three places near the wing root end. The stitching is in good shape, and I think that it's a weld failure.
Does anyone know where I could send get the bag rewelded?
