Hi,
Is anybody using Customer Relationship Management software to:
A) Follow up people who have taken trail instructional flights or joy
flights?
B) To track the activity of existing members with a view to identifying
those who may be losing interest or who may be dissatisfied, something
clubs don't seem to do very well?
If you do what do you use?
