I am on the hunt for a set of winglets that look like this:

I know Heinz made them, and I know there aren’t many about so if anyone would part with them I would be really happy
I would also consider paying to have them scanned to make a mold
Cheers

Garrett said something to me about getting winglet molds from M&H.

This is my Discus. The winglets were built by M & H and designed by Mark Maughmer at Penn State University. I am currently flying this sailpane in the US Club Class Nationals at Dansville, NY

Call Makoto Ichikawa; his Discus 2a is for sale here in Europe and I don't think the next buyer will be able to use them in here.

Why not? Not allowed in Europe?

Europe has a governing body called EASA and they are Lacking a sense of humor when it comes to fitting winglets that haven’t come from the factory and are not certified
Shame really as I am sure there are fantastic ideas out there but simply not allowed due to the rules
Europe doesn’t really have an experimental glider certification either
