Parachute rigger in Germany

Anybody here know of any FAA certified parachute riggers in Germany. If not in Germany, somewhere else in the EU?

Elke Fuglsang-Petersen, who has written many articles for Soaring Cafe, probably still has her FAA certification. She can be located through Segelfluggelände Aukrug in NW Germany.
