Rick, I had a very good experience several months ago ordering a new
trim friction assembly. I communicated by email and had excellent
prompt service.

No problems at all. Fast delivery and payment by credit card (= no
bank fees like with all other manufacturers).
Thsi was half a year ago for LS4 parts.

Not really. There was some backlog of email when the country went on
vacation in August :-), but seems to be caught up now. Some of the old
names from LS are still around and still very helpful.

Sounds like they are a lot better than Winter. I had two of their
altimiters requiring repair, one under warranty. Sent three emails to
address on their web page requesting instructions. They never once
responded.

Wings & Wheels had a package going to them and added my items to the
package. It only took about a month and there was no charge for the
warranty. I had not even purchased the altimiters from W&W. Good
service from them. Where was Winter?
