Hey guys,

I am wondering if any of you know the size of the O-ring for the
ballast connection that comes out of the wing of a LS-6A?

Also, my front air vent keeps opening up just enough to create a very
loud whistle when I get the glider going faster than 100 knots. It
gets quite annoying to keep closing it all the time or keep holding it
closed with my left hand till the next climb. I need to come up with a
goog solution for this. Kirks LS-6B has a sweet little dial that
cranks the air vent in or out. It's a way better deal that my
slider set up.
Any good sollutions out there?

Thanks,

Jerz

Well, I used to have LS6b number 2 which I believe was an 'a' with some
prototype upgrades.

I have 4 O-rings for the ballast connections in the wings. They always
seemed slightly oversized but worked. They may have been the right size -
you are welcome to them.

The vent was funky. I had the same problem. Added some foam tape to the
slot in which the actuator handle rode. Kind of worked at high speeds.
Never fixed cleanly.
