While I was away two weeks, Jim Culp searched out
a copy for me on eBay, sent me a message, and I bought
it the day I returned. No used book dealers nor gliding
equipment stores could turn it up.

I have an extra copy, If anyone need one? Got some stuff back from my
X on her demise. Pleasent surprise, however I had replaced it.
