I’m trying to contact a guy named Donald Macey who owns a funky old one-off home built glider that is falling into neglect. I have his address from the FAA and no one lives there. Just as a data point, I've flown in and around Reno (Stead, Minden, Truckee, Air Sailing) for a couple of decades, and I've never heard of the guy.

Your best bet might be to follow up on the trailer registration or to check county records.
