Hi
Does anyone know much about the motor Mosquito that currently resides at the Soaring Museum, i.e. was the motor mechanism lifted from a Pik-20e or was it wholly designed by the owner etc, do any drawings still exist?

The builder of the motor Mosquito bought a wrecked PIK-20e or a PIK-30
and used the power train from it in the Mosquito.Â* I have read a
published account, maybe in Soaring Magazine, but I don't recall for
sure where.

February 1985 SOARING Magazine. "Don't Swat that Skeeter!". I doubt there are any drawings. Motor and mechanism pulled from a PIK20E.
