Got this message today when trying to get the NOAA soundings:
rucsoundings.noaa.gov uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate expired on Sunday, April 28, 2019 8:00 AM. The current time is Sunday, April 28, 2019 12:52 PM. Error code: SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE
Anyone else see this?

It was easily fixed by adding an exception.
Not so easily done by asking dot gov to fix their own problem.
