Astir CS repair manual

Our gliding club owns an Astir CS sailplane and am in need of a repair
manual.

If none are available has anyone had any need to repair/refinish the
trailing edge of the ailerons which tend to drag on the graound after
landing.

Also, does anyone know of a source for a landing gear handle grip for
same? Any salvage gliders out there?

Any help appreciated.

I've found control handle grips identical to those supplied on European
sailplanes by digging through the pile of bent and broken poles at the
rental shop of the local ski resort. Doesn't work in every case, but it
has worked for some.

[John Sinclair]

Three layers of 92110 laid on the diaginal will do
the trick. Fill and finish with Ultra-lite, primer
& Prestec. Check W/B of any control surface after repair.
