Help - Cobra Trailer Trim?

Anyone know the trick to installing the rubber tim on Cobra Trailers?
Tried soapy water, two people and about 1' left to go.

3 People on side done in 15 minutes - 1 pulling, 1 feeding, 1 pushing
along side (2 pushing along sides would be perfect)
