Nano GPS issue

So I'm having a problem with my Nano this season. It will power on and I get the left most LED blinking as expected. The issue is that I never get the second LED blinking to indicate that the GPS is happy. I've left it powered on outside for over an hour and still only the one LED. The Nano config program says that it's up to date. Has anyone seen this issue before and if so how did you solve it? it worked fine during my last flight last year in October but now it seems I'm out of luck with it.

Was able to figure out the problem. Nanoconfig wasn't loading the latest firmware for some reason or another. I manually loaded version 2.50 and now I get the GPS happy light. We'll see if it works in flight tomorrow.
