Garmin 430

Does anyone know how to download planned routes from Flitestar to a
Garmin 430? The only way I found is to key it in again which is pretty
cumbersome.

What's the best practive here?

I am grateful for every bit of good advice!

It cannot be done with the GNS430, at least in the units produced for the
US (no idea about other countries).

I have read here a few times that the FAA did not allow this feature as
part of the TSO C129a IFR certification of this unit or GPS certified under
TSO C129a. Something about the FAA not trusting people to select the
correct waypoints if using a computer to initially create the flight plans.
