Just curious, why are you selling? Are you getting a replacement winch, or concentrating on aero tow?

We've been in a 3-4 year process of upgrading and consolidating the fleet. A single drum winch was recently donated to the club and in time hopefully we'll restore the new (to us) winch and put it on a more mobile flatbed trailer.

Update: We've had nothing but rain this weekend. I plan to go out to the gliderport later this week and snap some pictures as soon as we get a break in the weather.

Thanks,

My apologies to all. The club's President, Orrin Beckham, will be out at the field this weekend and is going to take some more pictures. The club is motivated to sell it but won't give it a way either. Like an old house with good bones, the club isn't selling a piece of junk. It needs a bit of refurbishment and some TLC. The club's Board of Directors will consider any reasonable offer. Those interested in the winch should call Orrin at (248) 310-0198.
