I also have an SN-10 which needs repairs. The address listed in the manual is no longer valid. Anybody know where to send these units for repair?

The phone # is in the format you would use when calling from within the country. For calls placed from the US, add the country code 49 and omit the '0', so you dial 01149-921-13733

JJ - I don't know where you found that, but not on the ILEC web site.
Highlight ILEC GmHB above, right-click "google", and you'll get the new address.
