Does anyone know if there are there any plans to migrate the excellent
Libelle Yahoo group to a new platform before the existing one closes? It
would be a shame to lose all the information collected there.

I've reached out to the group owners directly ) with no responses so far. Not sure if there are any owners left around to respond.

That's a long standing problem with Yahoo Groups. Some groups have had the group owners pass away years ago and Yahoo ignored all attempts to reassign ownership. Best option will be for some group members to get copies of PG Offline and download an archive or two, then work on hosting it elsewhere.. http://www.personalgroupware.com/ (no personal interest, 30-day free trial)

I'm currently downloading a group and it appears the Yahoo 10,000 post limit is not currently being enforced as I've just passed 12,500.

Yeah, I tried that PG Offline tool but unfortunately, it doesn't work for people who have AT&T as their ISP. Instead of the regular Yahoo user login process, you get flipped to a screwy AT&T SSO login process, which doesn't work with PG Offline. I'm trying to get a group moderator to approve me as a member using a non-AT&T email address to get around the issue but no response from the group admin. Oh well, maybe another member will take on the task before its too late.

I am a regular member of the yahoo Libelle group.

The demo PG tool works for me and is currently downloading. Will post if completed. Not sure if the 1ok limit kicks in.

I managed to import the Libelle Yahoo group using demo account of PG.
Any advice or ideas how to continue and move to new forum environment ?
