Therefore, it has no experience. Beware of information it provides until it has at least 15 hours of thermal time. Until then, you are on your own. Never trust your life to inexperienced instruments. And never buy a brand new sailplane!

In that case I need to sell a new LXNav vario and put my old B40 back in!

Seriously though folks Colten is a pretty good kid, just turned 16, just passed his checkride here at Sunflower, and could really use the money for tows.

Hi Colten,

Do you mean an LXNAV V8 or S8? V8 variometers can't be used without connection to an LX80x0 or LX90x0. V8 variometers don't have any control knobs.

S8 variometers are stand-alone variometers with control knobs.

Also, the photo link you provided doesn't seem to work.
