Looking for HP-14T N1372. According to what I have found in SOARING,
this is the ship that Dick Schreder flew in the World Championships in
Poland in 1968. It is registerd to a David W Petersen. But the
Registration has been revoked, according to this:
http://162.58.35.241/acdatabase/NNumSQL.asp?NNumbertxt=1372

I have found two David W Peterson's that have glider ratings via
landings.com One in Saratoga, California, the other in Schaumburg,
Illinois. The one in Illinois is a current SSA member, the other is
not. The one in California had an Edwards AFB address when he
registerd the HP-14T.

Anyone have a clue as to the whereabouts of this glider? From the
pictures I have seen, it was a basic white glider, and the contest
number applied for the Worlds Championships was "33". I am guessing it
is still somewhere in California. Any info would be much appreciated!

Also, does anyone have one of the really nice, Alex Aldott photos of
Schreder in his HP-14 they would like to sell for a reasonable price?
I have the ship and would like to get a few really good photos of how
it was "back when it was new".

Thanks!

According to the FAA, serial number is 70. Was probably built by
Schreder and finished just in time to make the boat to Poland!
Registered to current owner in October 1970. Date reistration was
revoked is not known, but I am going to assume mid 1970s. That is when
the FAA would revoke your registration for not returning the Trienial
Report.
