The Moller car does not work, despite nearly 50 years of development and
millions of dollars of other peoples' money spent on it.

I don't know about the Boeing and NASA projects, but then both of these
organizations have funded studies of ESP, too.

Another gentleman and I went around Oshkosh after the aerocar forums
this year on a veteran Airline Pilot's recommendation to find out if we
could ensure an aerocar.

Basically, EAA's insurance won't cover such an item. In fact, they said
that if it stayed on the airport it could be ensured, however, if it
left the airport on its own then they wouldn't touch it.
