Hello,

In the second half of April I'll be most probably travelling to Netherlands,
to the Oss near Nijmegen. Is there any club close to this location? Just to
jump in and watch their operations for a while as flying as a passenger
there could be too expensive for me (well, had no time to refresh my medical
so my licence is invalid).

Regards,

Sure there are!
http://www.zweefportaal.nl/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=5 shows a
map of clubs in the Netherlands. As you can see, the Nijmeegse Aero Club
will be closest to your location. See http://www.nijac.nl/. Contact Tom
Couwenberg for more information on getting a "passengers" start there
.
Also, Oss/Nijmegen is close to the German border, and there are a lot of
very nice clubs just over the border, wich welcome visitors. For instance,
there are Kleve/Wisseler Dünen, Emmerich and Wesel nearby.

Rates for passenger starts will vary quite significantly per club. I am
under the impression that Germany is cheaper than the Netherlands in this
respect.

Regards,

André
