Sure it does allow contact,
1. more actions
2. click contact seller
3. select item
4. select "other" for topic
5. type your communication.

When I try to click on contact seller it indicates that the seller cannot be contacted. I’ve seen this before and it has something to do with the settings in the ad.

It is confusing because it says ships to US and then lists countries he won’t ship to and Canada isn’t on the list. In the past, I could contact a seller and ask if he would ship to Canada. On saying yes, the seller would then have to change the settings to allow me to bid. Sometimes I can’t even send a message like this time and it is likely because of a setting he clicked on.

As of this writing, the current bid is $439.00. This Oudie is like new. A new one would cost you at least $1,100. All communication will be handled through the eBay system.
