With an unusual amount of spare time on my hands these days, I am finally getting around to a project on my to do list and I have produced several SeeYou training videos.

In the videos I show how to set up SeeYou and how to navigate the interface.. Future videos will get into more details such as waypoint file creation and management, flight analysis, weather integration, task planning, creating CUB airspace files and anything else I can think of.

If you have a topic for a video, let me know and I'll try to work it into a future video.

The Youtube link for the SeeYou training video playlist on my channel is below and please subscribe to my channel to see new videos as they are posted..

Please share the video link with all your glider friends.

Good job Dave
Thanks for doing this!
One problem I'm having is..
I've created a bunch of tasks in Seeyou and I'm having a problem loading them into my Oudie
Any suggestions?

To load into the Oudie, you save the waypoint file from SeeYou and in the save dialogue, there is a filter where you can send the waypoints and tasks from the left side to right side of the window, so you need to ensure all the tasks you want are on the right hand side.

Save the file in CUP format.

Transfer it to the Oudie via USB cable form the PC

On the Oudie select the new file in the Menu | Settings| Files| and waypoints section.

All the tasks should be in the file, but I have found it does not always transfer the observation zones the same into the Oudie as they were on the PC..

Hope this helps, if not, let me know.

Dave,

Nice work! Are you going to do one about using multiple windows?

Naviter now seem to recommend the use of Seeyou Cloud instead of the traditional Windows version. Is anyone doing so and if so how satisfactory is it?

Naviter Updater should now sync waypoints and tasks between Seeyou and Oudie. Can this be done by Bluetooth/phone rather than usb?

I hoped someone would have the answers to my previous post here!

Does anyone know whether you can upload waypoint and task files to SeeYou Cloud from the Windows version of SeeYou, so that they can then be accessed by LXNav devices? If so, how?
