IGC file

Hi

I downloaded a flight from my Clearnav vario with IGC logger for the first time.

OLC says it is not a IGC file.

Advice are welcome to solve this problem.

Hard to tell without seeing the .IGC file. Try opening the IGC file with a
text editor and posting the first 12 (or so) records here. The first line
should start with the letter "A".

Open the file with a text editor (notepad works). Copy the first 20 lines or so - until the B records start. Post them here and we can perhaps find the problem.

If you use google groups, send the file to me via the 'reply privately to author' drop-down menu on the right and I'll have a look.

I have a CNv-IGC.

Are all the steps included in your description below?

Using the two knobs on my CNvXC vario, I download the igc file to a USB
drive, plug that into my laptop, and upload to Skylines.aero and to
OLC.Â* Never a problem other than OLC's silly requirements and demands.

In an earlier mail it was stated that the file size was 0kb. If that issue
is resolved then we need to see some data. Please post the first 12 lines
in the IGC file here, or if you prefer, email the whole file to me (and
copy Dan).
