I don't know of any company that guarantees they'll give you a job upon
completion. They might well offer to consider everybody that graduates, but
not everyone's cut out to be an instructor. (Assuming that's what's being
offered.) Of course they may well have a get-out clause that allows them to
pay you for an hour and then say "you know what, it's just not working
out...".

Besides, would you want to train with a company that hires every single one
of it's graduates simply to get people to sign up in the first place, rather
than simply hiring the best of the instructors they can get?

I flew with them once while there on a pleasure trip with my wife.
Flew with a guy named Ian. Not impressed.
