Many clubs and commercial operations are back flying and many are flying dual instruction/demo flights. What procedures are being used to minimize possible infections.

We only have a few of our instructors willing to fly dual, but the protocol is to wear masks and sanitized the glider before flight (that way you don't worry if the prior pilot did it to your satisfaction). Social distancing at all other times and a limited number of individual in a group. The name and time of every person coming on the field and leaving the field, for contact tracing if needed. Not related to field operations, we have had two of out club members that have contacted and recovered from the virus. Both said it was one of the most painful and fatiguing illnesses they had ever experienced.
