Does anyone still make a reduction drive for V6 or V8 engines like
that of Blanton anymore?

http://www.beltedair.com/BAProducts.htm

http://www.northwest-aero.com/

http://www.alternate-airpower.com/

The last URL is for the Geschwender unit. It is not a belted PSRU,
it's a Hy Vo chain unit.

The Northwest Aero unit is a descendent of the Blanton unit, sort of.
The owner of NW Aero (now retired) saw the Blanton unit and was
impressed with it and was also a machinist. He thought he could do it
more professionally and did so. What you see now is a refinement of
his original drive. It has lots of improvements such as sealed oil
bathed bearings for the front two bearings instead of bearings that
must be periodically greased.
