Dose anyone know who the ohio state record keeper is? where can ohio
state records (up-to-date) be found?

The State Soaring records link are maintained at:
http://www.geocities.com/nvsoar/. Click on Ohio, and it lists the
state record keeper.

Those records are 2 yrs old. Does the ssa keep a hard copy record
sheet?

I don't know if the SSA has a record or not. Try contacting the record
keeper listed at the top of the page. Otherwise, I'd suggest you
contact the SSA Ohio State Governor, and ask him. The SSA doesn't
maintain a link to the State Records. Doug has been doing that on his
site as a courtesy.
