If your talking about the U/L company they closed up about 1984 not long after
the 20/20 hatchet job.

The original aircraft which the Celerity was devised from is still available

It's a nice looking plane. If I remember, the reason I didn't go that
direction was the one piece spar. It's hard enough to commit 32' to
build and store just the spar, but finish the entire wing and I can't
think of any part of my house that will hold it until the rest of the
plane is ready.
