Antenna options sought -- ICOM IC-A110 radio

I have an ICOM IC-A110 radio that I'm going to be using alternately in
my Honda Pilot, where the magnetic roof mount antenna that came with it
is installed, and a motorhome, where I want to mount a new external
antenna. Can anyone who has done this before offer any suggestions on
specific parts and sources thereof?

Thank you. I missed it on my first pass at W&W but I've since been
pointed to the AV-5 antenna, which looks like just what I need.
