OK, guys... I'm making an official announcement. "Airplanes don't kill

people!, people kill people!" This statement is hereby mine and none
of you better use it without my concent! LOL. Monday I'm going to the

T-shirt shop and ordering me 1000 units of various sizes. Let me know
if anyone wants one. I'll donate 10% of the profits to EAA's Young
Eagles program, promise! I don't know how much they will cost me, but
I won't mark it up much. Just to cover my time and gas money and also
to cover the cost of the beer while I talk my graphics guy into
designing it Pro-Bono.

Let me know how many and what sizes you want. It wont cost much,
promise.

Comparing airplanes to guns doesn't strike me as a helpful public-relations
strategy right now.

Pilot's kill people. Not what I want to hear.

Pilot's what kill people? Their planes? He just said "airplanes don't kill
people". Their handguns? We already know guns don't kill people, people
kill people. :)

What he did say is "people", not "pilots". I don't doubt that the
occasional pilot has been involved in killing someone, but that doesn't mean
"pilots kill people" (and certainly not "pilot's kill people").

Dear Mr. Hotze,

This commercial solicitation for orders to purchase an ill conceived
product by an anonymous poster through Usenet's largest spam gateway
seemed to warrant admonishment.

But now that you've eloquently spoken in its defense, I suppose that
will encourage other readers of rec.aviation.piloting to follow
Flyingmonk's lead in dumping their spam here in the future. Is that
what you desire?

Don't worry Mr. Diarhea, I mean Larry, I gave up on the idea. Sorry
about the name, I couldn't resist. I didn't mean it.
