Ron has to have a GoogleGroups account; Google can block posting from
that. If he continually registers for additional GoogleGroups
accounts from which to post his spam, they could block posting through
their servers based on Ron's IP address(s). If GoogleGroups fails to
enforce their Terms Of Service, they are abetting Ron's spaming by
providing an unrestricted gateway for it.
