I'm considering it.
Used to have the first generation TPAS, and it saved my butt a few times on
long X-country trips.

I just thought the altitude info would be really a great addition! Does it
work as advertised?
Less false warnings than the early units?

Thanks,

Frode Berg

Works well. I have been using it for a while now, and haven't had any
false alerts. I fly x-c a lot, and it more than proven to be a great
asset, and often sees more traffic than TIS.

Why do you call this spam?

I am considering the unit, and just asking opinions, is this not good
newsgroups behaviour?

Have been using mine for 18 months and am very satisfied. I would hate
to fly without it now.

Which model (VRX, VR, or Micro)?

Anyone tried the Micro? Nice price point, but curious about performance and
false alerts.

Thanks,

Hilton
