Is there a high wing aerobatic homebuilt, comparable to a Citabria or Decathlon?

There are always the Wag-Aero Cub clones. You can build anything from a J-3
equivalent to a Clip-wing or a Super Cub.

Check out http://bearhawkpatrol.tripod.com/. This is a tandem
aircraft, and not specifically claimed to be aerobatic. However,
click on the "Articles" section and read Jim Cleavenger's report.

Hi, Clay,

Check with Daryl Gilbert - he has an aircraft called a Talon based on
the Citabria / Decathlon - Also a flying aircraft for quite a few years.
