Wow. Never saw a chart like that before. Granted, it's not really clear
what the 1.2 % is related to. That's only a 0.7 degree angle, much lower
than what any aircraft would like be using for an approach. But there are
still a lot of tall obstacles close to the airport!

Are these obstacle charts standard in Europe or anywhere else? They aren't
used at all in the US, as far as I know.

Otherwise I'd tell you if it looks like anything I've seen in Europe.

Similar charts are produced in the US.
The only place you will find them are in the airport master plan files
at the FAA ADO and where ever your local airport stores its documents.
