View Full Version : KASE rent-a-plane?

So I failed in my mission to persuade 3 others to join me for a flight
to Aspen for a wedding next weekend, making the journey from the San
Francisco Bay Area somewhat affordable.

So I cashed in some frequent flyer miles...

Can anyone recommend an FBO at KASE from whom I could rent a plane for
an hour or two? Of course, I would also pay an instructor to go up with
me.

I'm mostly interested in getting a local fix on visual reference points,
as I have heard Aspen is one of the most challenging airports to fly
into, and would like to do it myself, eventually.

Thanks,
Jonathan

A better idea is to fly out of Glenwood Springs or Eagle/Vail (EGE). Or
contact one of the schools in Denver/Colorado Springs area.
