GCV, Green County VOR - avoiding SUAs

EWA, Kewanee VOR - avoiding SUAs

KPHT, Henry County, KY - fuel & relief

KRFD, Greater Rockford, IL - relief (don't want to be stuck in a hold over
Ripon with bursting bladders)

Expect to arrive ~16:30 CDT.

Any suggestions?
