Pacific Fighters problem

Hi All,
I'm having a problem with the US Navy aircraft in Pacific Fighters.
I will select a flight but I won't be able to fly the aircraft. The view
is chase view but I can't get into the cockpit. I fact I have no control
over the aircraft at all.
I have tried toggling all of the views but with no luck.
The US Navy aircraft are the only one's in which I'm having this problem.
The sim is patched to 4.01 and have no add-ons (skins etc) except 1 or 2
missions I dl'd from the IL-2/PF website.
Any help?

If you are looking for a lot of IL2 'local' players have a look at
this link.

To your problem, its sounds as if you are trying to select an aircraft
in a flight in an offline co-op/campaign enviroment, and that
aircraft is not available for you.
What aircraft are you trying to fly, it might a non flyable, purely AI
aircraft in the game. I bet its a no flyable.
Anyway, pop in and visit the local IL2 guys, they got lots of good
info and online games going on, with 24/7 servers running.

It's every USN plane in the sim. (Wildcat, Dautless etc)
I beleive a file became corrupted because I flew them sonn after I bought
the game.
Any ideas?
