Apparently there is an on-line test you must take before you take your
Form-5 ride to be allowed to fly cadets or AF ROTC. Where is the manual
that I need to study for this test?

Thanks!

Thanks. Actually I'm able to find the test but not the study material
for the test.

You need to get a copy of CAPR 60-3, which covers the aviation
operations. You can log into MIMMS and down load it and most other
manuals.

Ronald,

The reg that you meant was the 60-1....the -3 is the emergency services
quals. Go to the National Hq site and click on the members/publications.

It's an open book test on CAPR 60-1. What is there to study?
BT

Be aware, that flight documentation and release errors made by Flight
Release Officers have caused liability problems for CAP members involved in
accident. Essentially the insurance coverage was denied because of paperwork
errors made by others... so ask yourself... do I really want to do this?
