Do major airports have video cameras set up to continuously record
general runway and tarmac operations, take-offs and landings, etc?

Or will the 401 traffic cam near Toronto airport be the best
approximation of a video record of what happened to Air France 358?

(seems that there are a lot of cameras set up in a lot of less worthy
places to record less important events).
