Just read my mailed copy yesterday. The pros seem to have some
incentive to avoid declaring (right or wrong). As a non-pro I intend to
declare whenever possibly needed.

Mayday is good. Help is good.

Abdication of PIC responsibility is bad.

Unnecesary death and destruction is real bad.
