Here is a partial list of the events at Goderich this week. The full
list is on the www.50thhomebuilt.com website. Goderich is also hosting a
number of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners at this event, all also
posted on the website. You won't go hungry. Saturday evening's main
event is the Banquet, with an attendance by Paul Poberezny of EAA.

Tomorrow at 10:30 am to 3:30 pm at Armstrong Field in Brussels, Jim
Armstrong and family will be hosting a barbecue to begin this week's
celebration of Keith Hopkinson's first flight in 1955. Jim maintains a
museum dedicated to the Pietenpol, and is a prolific builder of these
aircraft. He also has several other old-time wooden aircraft on display
and in daily use. The strip is in the CFS as Brussels CPD4.
Also on Wednesday at Goderich at 11:30 am are the opening celebrations
at Goderich, with addresses by Mayor Deb Shewfelt and MP Paul Steckle.
THURSDAY August 25th, Goderich Ontario
Morning, Hangar A - Chris Heintz of Zenith Aircraft will be teaching a
sheet metal seminar
Afternoon, Hangar B - Daniel Sasseville of Aero Propulsion technologies
will teach a seminar on Rotax aircooled engines
FRIDAY August 25th, Goderich Ontario
9:30 am Hangar D - David Moore will teach a solid rivet seminar
10:30 am Hangar A - Chris Heintz will teach a blind rivet seminar
1:30 pm Hangar B - Daniel Sasseville will teach a seminar on Rotax
watercooled engines
