Neil's parents, Jean and Michael, would like to convey
their sincere thanks to all his many kind friends and
acquaintances for their comforting messages, cards
and letters of condolence at the loss of their dear
son. They are truly gratified to hear that his work
was so much admired and has given so much pleasure
to so many. They look forward to meeting as many of
you as possible in the future.
The funeral will be held at 12:15 on Friday 2nd September
at Emmanuel Church, Forest Road, Loughborough. All
are welcome to attend. The committal will take place
at 13:15 at the Loughborough Crematorium. Afterwards,
there will be a celebration of Neil's life at the Longcliffe
Golf Club. A map of how to get to the Church and Golf
Club can be found at www.whiteplanes.com/funeral.htm
Flowers are welcome, but if you'd rather make a donation,
there will be a collection for the Air Ambulance Service.
The ashes will be scattered at a later date at Lasham
Airfield, from a T21 glider, and there will probably
be a party afterwards. More details to follow.
For those who may be travelling from abroad, please
contact me directly
or if phoning from abroad, +447773784324) and I will
attempt to organise lifts from airports (East Midlands
is very close).
