Following is from Newsday.com, not too much info yet. Apparently he
was experiencing engine trouble and appeared to be diverting.

Wow, this hasn't been a good year for TEB or its neighboring structures.

Which have historically been factories and warehouses. With
Hackensack gone high-rise south of Passaic St., I think developers are
eyeing that land for "higher use."
