It varies. You can determine rate-of-climb changes by the formula:
ft/min #
R/c = {eff*[hp(avail) - hp(req)]/wt }*33000
where hp = horsepower;
eff = prop efficiency;
wt = gross weight (lb)
33000 = horsepower/energy conversion
