"The location is a beautiful, affluent area in the northeastern United
States."
What do you think this means?

Well I plan on winning the Mega Millions Lottery tonight - its up to
$200 Million. So I guess I'll let eveyone know tomorrow.
And for the record - Tony Danza talks like a New Yorker. I've lived in
New Jersey all my life and I have never known/met any natives who talk
like that. (We had a Governor with a bit of an Elmer Fudd thing going
on, but that's the closest it got.)

Why shouldn't he. He's from Brooklyn.

You know, if you want a million dollars in aviation, you've got to start
out with twenty two million.

Ooops. I should have quoted what I was responding to. Which was Robert

Or an airpark. We definitely need those here. People would get terribly
annoyed if I taxied down route 46 to the airport.

Two possible airports jump out at me:
Solberg, which was recently offered $22 million by the state for the
development rights, so that it will be preserved as an airport. They turned
it down because others had valued it as high as $40 million for development.
Recently the township was trying to buy it for $20 million under eminent
domain, but the bond issue failed. The owners did not want to sell it for
that.
The other possiblility is Alexandria, which was already being developed as
an airpark (or at least there were plans for that). I didn't think it was
that big, however.
Interesting.

I expect this means that it's in the northwestern part of the State and has rich
neighbors.

Checking the web, Solberg is listed in one place as being 745 acres and in
another as 721. Close enough to 730, and I would certainly call some people in
the area "affluent." I think you've hit it.

The FAA info for it says it's only 75 acres.

It sure is Solberg. Unbelievable they turn down a State offer for the
same amount they now want to sell it for! The state was going to buy
the development right for the 22 million which would have allowed them
to keep the land if they wanted, or sell it for a purpose other than
McMansions or Condos.
That family is pathetic.
