Most logical is Air NZ Who fly daily LHR-AKL via LAX and
have connections at LAX 3 days per week onto their PPT
flight.
An alternate is Air Tahiti Nui who fly from Paris to PPT and
onwards to AKL. Or any combination of carriers over the Atlantic
to New York then Air Tahiti Nui from NYC through or
options into LAX then onwards.
