Bean, Otis is a post-bot for the American War Library, a front for a
whole bunch of questionable organizations. There is no "Otis Willie"
"retired" from any US military force, for example.

PS, do a search on the organizations listed below the post and you'll
find they are not exactly popular with Vets - for one thing, the
various libraries are filled with pages lifted directly from other
people's websites without their consent.

The guy is pretty famous for nefarious internet behavior - its kinda
funny that he puts that copyright notice on his newsgroup posts,
directing people to go to his private websites in order to read the
pirated original text!
